Subscription, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stablepass website (Stablepass.co), the Stablepass mobile application (“App”), and all related subscription services (“Services”). By creating an account, accessing the Services, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
<!-- LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED (ENG-1337): proposed wording drafted by an agent, not approved. Do not ship without client/legal sign-off. -->
1. Subscription Billing
Stablepass operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. Unless you start with a free trial (see section 8), subscription fees are charged at the time you sign up, and your monthly billing period begins on that date. If you start with a free trial, the first subscription fee is charged when the free trial ends, and your monthly billing period begins on that date. Your subscription then renews automatically on the same calendar date each month, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your nominated payment method on each renewal date unless you cancel before your next billing date.
By subscribing, you consent to these recurring monthly charges and acknowledge that your subscription will continue to renew automatically until you cancel.
All subscription prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Before completing your purchase, the checkout will clearly display the price, billing frequency, auto-renewal terms and any material conditions.
By subscribing, you authorise Stablepass and its payment provider to automatically charge your nominated payment method on each monthly Billing Date until you cancel.
Stablepass does not include any term that seeks to limit your rights in a way that would be considered unfair under the Australian Consumer Law.
Stablepass will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to pricing, subscription features, or these Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
2. Cancellation of Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stablepass account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services until that period ends.
Stablepass does not provide pro-rata or partial-month refunds for change-of-mind cancellations or unused portions of a billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings by selecting “Cancel Subscription”. Stablepass will not impose unfair barriers or delays to cancellation.
2.1 Cancellation of Subscription
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
- No pro-rata or partial-month refund is provided for a change of mind.
- Access to the Services continues until the end of the paid billing period.

2.2 Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play
If you subscribed to Stablepass inside the App on an iPhone or iPad, or on an Android device, your subscription is billed and managed by Apple or Google, not by Stablepass.
- To cancel, open Subscriptions in your iPhone Settings, or Subscriptions in the Google Play app. You cannot cancel a store subscription from your Stablepass account settings.
- Refund requests for a store subscription are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Stablepass cannot issue a refund for a payment it did not take.
- When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Deleting your Stablepass account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. To stop being charged, you must also cancel it in your iPhone Settings or in the Google Play app.
3. Refunds
3.1 General Refund Policy
Stablepass does not ordinarily provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Partial subscription periods
- Failure to use or access the Services
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
Stablepass will respond to billing and support enquiries within a reasonable timeframe and will not engage in conduct that misleads or causes unnecessary delay.
3.2 Exceptional Circumstances
Stablepass may, at its discretion, review refund requests where:
- A duplicate payment occurred
- A material technical issue on Stablepass’s side prevented access for a significant period noting that Stablepass aims to provide continuous access to the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or factors outside Stablepass’s control.
- A refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Discretionary reviews do not limit your statutory rights.
Stablepass guarantees that the Services will be provided with due care and skill, will be reasonably fit for their intended purpose, and will match the descriptions provided to you, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
4. Australian Consumer Law Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or compensation) if the Services:
- Fail to meet consumer guarantees
- Are not supplied with due care and skill
- Are not reasonably fit for their intended purpose
These rights apply independently of Stablepass’s internal refund rules.
5. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
- Stablepass may retry the payment;
- Access to the Services may be suspended;
- The subscription may be cancelled if payment remains unresolved; and
- Reasonable notice may be provided where appropriate.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and up to date.
6. App-Store Purchases
If you purchase a subscription through an app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play):
- Billing, cancellation, and refund processes may be governed by that store’s policies;
- Stablepass will comply with applicable law; and
- The live policy will accurately describe available purchase channels.
7. Billing & Refund Enquiries
You may request a billing review or refund by contacting:
Stablepass Pty Ltd Email: hello@Stablepass.co
Please include:
- Your full name
- Account email
- Date of the charge
- Reason for your request
Stablepass may request additional information to assess your claim.

8. Free Trial and Subscription Price
The standard Stablepass subscription price is A$9.99 per month (including GST). The same monthly price applies whether you subscribe on the Stablepass website, through the Apple App Store or through Google Play.
Eligible subscribers may start their subscription with a free trial (“Free Trial”). On the Stablepass website the Free Trial lasts 30 days. In the App Store and Google Play, the free trial is offered by Apple or Google, and its length and eligibility are shown in the store before you subscribe.
Under the Free Trial:
- You will not be charged during the Free Trial. On the Stablepass website, you must provide a payment method before the Free Trial starts.
- Unless you cancel before the Free Trial ends, your subscription will automatically continue at A$9.99 per month (including GST). Your nominated payment method will be charged when the Free Trial ends, and then on the same date each month until you cancel.
- By starting a Free Trial, you authorise Stablepass and its payment provider to automatically charge your nominated payment method A$9.99 per month from the end of the Free Trial until cancelled.
- If you cancel a website subscription during the Free Trial, you keep access until the Free Trial ends and you will not be charged.
- The Free Trial is available once per member, across the Stablepass website, the App Store and Google Play. If your Stablepass account has already used a free trial on any of them, or a previously deleted account registered with the same email address did, no free trial is offered and the full monthly price is charged when you subscribe.
- If you subscribe through the App Store or Google Play, Apple or Google also apply their own eligibility rules, so a free trial may not be offered there even if you have not used one with Stablepass. Those subscriptions, including any free trial, are billed, managed and cancelled through Apple or Google, as described in section 2.2.
- Your subscription is month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- If you cancel part-way through a billing period, no pro-rata or partial-month refund will be provided for a change of mind. Nothing in this clause excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund or remedy required by law.
- The subscription price is subject to any future price changes made in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
9. Changes to These Terms
Stablepass may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on the Stablepass website or App.
10. Data Handling and Privacy
Our use of the Services is also governed by the Stablepass Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and stored. This policy is located on the website Stablepass.co.
