Delete Your Account
Last updated 7 September 2026
This page explains how to ask Stablepass to delete your account and the personal information held against it, what deletion removes, and what Stablepass must keep. Anyone can use it. You do not need to be signed in, and you do not need the app installed — if you have already uninstalled it, this page is the right place to be.
1. How to request deletion
There are two ways to ask. Both result in the same deletion.
In the app
If you can still sign in, this is the fastest route and it does not involve anyone at Stablepass reading your request. Open the app, go to the Me tab, and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. The deletion happens immediately and you are signed out.
By email
If you cannot sign in, or you no longer have the app, email hello@stablepass.co and ask for your account to be deleted.
Send the request from the email address your account uses. Stablepass uses the address you write from to identify the account, and may ask you to confirm control of it before acting. Stablepass will not confirm to anyone whether a particular email address has an account, so a request sent from a different address cannot be actioned without that confirmation.
You do not need to give a reason.
2. How long it takes
Stablepass aims to acknowledge an emailed request within five business days, and to complete a verified request within thirty days of receiving it. Deletion made in the app is immediate.
3. What deletion removes
Deleting your account permanently removes, and does not recover:
- your account and sign-in credentials
- your profile details, including your name, email address and phone number
- the horses and trainers you follow
- your saved posts
- your reactions
- your notification preferences and alerts
- the devices registered to send you notifications, and your notification history
- your viewing history
- your subscription record
Deletion cannot be undone. Stablepass cannot restore a deleted account, and creating a new account later does not bring any of it back.

4. What is retained, and why
A small amount of information survives deletion because Stablepass is required to keep it or because deleting it would let the deletion itself be abused.
- Records of payments already made, including invoices, are retained by Stablepass and its payment provider to meet tax, accounting and financial record-keeping obligations. As part of deletion Stablepass asks its payment provider to unlink those records from your account, so that they are no longer connected to your profile.
- A record that a deletion happened, with the date and an internal identifier for the deleted account, is retained so Stablepass can demonstrate the request was honoured. That identifier is not linked to any remaining profile and is not used to contact you.
- A one-way, irreversible form of the phone number on the deleted account is retained, so that a new account registered with that number does not have it stored against it. It cannot be read back or used to contact you.
- If the deleted account used a free trial, a one-way, irreversible form of its email address, and of any email address previously used to sign in to it, together with the date the free trial was first used, is retained indefinitely, only so that a new account registered with one of those email addresses does not receive a second free trial. It is not used for anything else, it cannot be turned back into an email address, and it cannot be used to contact you. If the deleted account never used a free trial, no one-way form of its email addresses is kept.
The email address on the deleted account is released, and may be used to register again. If the deleted account used a free trial, a new account registered with that email address, or with an email address previously used to sign in to it, can still subscribe, but is not offered another free trial.

5. Access ends immediately
Deletion takes effect at once. Access to Stablepass ends immediately, and any remaining time on a current subscription is forfeited. It is not refunded, and it is not transferred to another account.
As part of deletion, Stablepass cancels any subscription it bills on the website. If you are charged by Stablepass after deleting your account, contact hello@stablepass.co. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. If you subscribed in the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your iPhone Settings or in the Google Play app as well, or you will continue to be charged.
If you would rather keep your remaining time and simply stop using Stablepass, do not delete your account — deletion is the one action here that cannot be reversed.
6. Questions
Questions about this page, or about the personal information Stablepass holds, can be sent to hello@stablepass.co. How Stablepass handles personal information generally is set out in the Privacy Policy, which is linked in the footer of every page.
Opens your email app with the subject line filled in. Send it from the address your account uses.
